Welcome to Mizuki's Everything Blog!

Hai everyone.

To tell you the truth, my name ISN'T Mizuki Kaiko. It is Ananda. But I like my Japanese name to be Mizuki Kaiko. From now on, each time I learn something new, I will type it in here. Such as:
  • cooking
  • sewing
  • baking
  • gardening
  • computer works (ok, maybe not this one as much)
  • piano
  • bass
  • violin

.....etc.

I also accept requests. Something that I can do, because I'm only 13 and can't really buy expensive things or do outradgeous stunts. But I can always do what I can do in my limits. Right now, I'm searching up on how to make all kinds of crepes. Japanese type, French, etc..etc..

Thanks for visiting and I hope you can come visit this blog again and request!

How to melt chocolate

How to make Melted Chocolate:

Ingredients:

  • Any kind of chocolate. (i.e. milk chocolate, dark chocolate, etc)

  • metal bowl(it must fit on top of skillet or at least don't let it touch the water)

  • wooden/metal/or plastic spatula

  • thermometer

  • skillet

Directions:

  1. You must wipe all droplets from metal bowl

  2. Chop up into small, thin slices from chocolate. Then put it in metal bowl.

  3. Boil water with skillet and make sure ,using a thermometer, it is 60 degrees. Don't go higher than 60 degrees celcius. Or it will taste kind of rough (though that's what I heard)

  4. When water is boiled to 60 degrees, put on top the metal bowl with the sliced chocolate.

  5. Non-stop stir the chocolate until it has completely melted. You mustn't leave it un-stirred to do something else. It may get burned.

  6. Continue stirring when away from skillet and pour it into any dessert you choose.

Enjoy!
